New Product - HPI's new Thru-Tubing Bridge Plug, the Pressure Rated Plug (PRP) offers long-term pressure isolation without the need for cement.  Utilizing HNBR seal elements (Viton and Aflas are available for more sever service conditions), the plug is nominally rated up to 12,500 psig (862 bars) and up to 475°F (232°C).  These plugs are also available in Packer and Cement Retainer configurations.  CLICK HERE for more information on HPI's PRP's.

Ultra high bond strength to casing - HSB Cement - HPI has developed a new cement slurry system for dump bailer operations.  HSB Cement is offered in 4 gallon batch kit form.  The bond strength between the cement and casing is the highest in the industry.  Refer to the technical data under HIP™ MIX Cement.

Patents - HPI continues to be an industry leader in developing and patenting new technologies.  HPI has 17 issued patents and over 15 patents pending on leading edge technologies for downhole tools, i.e. plugs, packers, setting tools, and treatment methods.

Pump-thru CCL for coiled tubing - HPI recently delivered a 3-3/8" O.D. pump-thru CCL for stiff wireline.  The thru-bore on this tool is 1.25".  It will be used in conjunction with an HPI multi-set treatment packer on stimulation projects where precise depth control is required.
